Do you only support French-speaking clients?
No. While our expertise is centred on French-speaking clients, our bilingual team provides personalised support in both French and English, tailored to all profiles.
Which cities do you operate in?
We primarily operate in Brisbane, Ipswich, the Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Coast. Our local presence in each of these areas allows us to provide personalised and responsive support.
Can you help with visas or sponsorship?
No, our expertise focuses solely on relocation and rental assistance. For visa or sponsorship matters, we recommend consulting a registered migration agent or the Australian Department of Home Affairs.

What payment methods do you accept and when should payment be made after signing the relocation contract?
We require advance payment by bank transfer or Stripe. Once payment is received, we immediately begin working on your file and send you a confirmation receipt.
For professional relocations, we can also invoice your employer directly.
Can I modify or upgrade my relocation package after booking?
Yes, you can adjust or upgrade your package at any time depending on your needs.
How can I contact you from a different time zone?
We are very responsive by email or WhatsApp, regardless of your time zone. Feel free to contact us and we will get back to you quickly.
How long does it take to find a property?
This depends on availability and competition in the market, which is very dynamic in Brisbane. We conduct a full analysis of your profile to position your application in the best possible way and maximise your chances of securing a property.
We recommend starting your search within the three months prior to your arrival in order to maximise opportunities and anticipate market conditions.
How does the relocation support process work?
After an initial consultation to understand your needs, we create a personalised action plan: targeted property search based on your criteria, organisation of property inspections, preparation of rental applications, assistance with administrative procedures, and post-move support depending on the package you choose.
Do you help find a property before my arrival?
Yes, we facilitate the property search and rental application process remotely so you can secure a home before arriving in Brisbane, helping you avoid temporary accommodation costs.
We recommend starting your search at least 8-10 weeks before your arrival.
Do you guarantee that I will find a property?
We do everything possible to maximise your chances by preparing a strong application and carefully selecting suitable properties. However, the final decision always rests with the landlord or property manager.
We advocate on your behalf and support you throughout the entire process.
What types of properties can you help find?
We can help you find both furnished and unfurnished properties, depending on your preference. Unfurnished rentals are more common in Australia, but we tailor our search to your needs while advising you on the realities of the local market.
Can you attend property inspections on my behalf?
Yes, absolutely. We organise professional video inspections that are shared with you through a secure private link. This allows you to view the property remotely as if you were there.
In addition, attending an inspection is often required before being able to submit a rental application.
Can you receive my appliance deliveries?
Yes, we can coordinate and receive deliveries of large appliances (fridge, washing machine, etc.) at your property. This service is available with the VIP package.
Do you offer an airport transfer service?
Yes, we can organise a comfortable airport transfer with vehicles suitable for families (including child seats) from the airport to your new home, with a minimum notice of three weeks. This service is available with the VIP package.
