
At My Liberty Agency, we are committed to providing high-quality rental assistance services to make your relocation to Brisbane as smooth as possible. Below are the terms and conditions of our services to ensure full transparency for our clients.
1. Service Scope & Package Inclusions
Our services are structured into three packages:
-> Essential (AUD $1,500)
Covers the full rental process from property search to lease signing.
-> Premium (AUD $2,500)
Includes Essential Assistance plus additional support with bond payment, entry condition report help and Lease & Tenant Rights Handbook.
-> VIP (AUD $4,500)
Includes Full Assistance plus move-in coordination and airport transfer.
Each package includes the following services:
✔ 1 Property Search – A selection of 15 properties based on your preferences and market availability. Please note that, as per our terms and conditions, a maximum of 15 properties will be presented within a maximum of 3 months to ensure you have the best possible options for your relocation.
✔ 1 Shortlisting Process – We help you select the 3 most suitable properties for application.
✔ 3 Video Walk-Through Inspections – One recorded tour per shortlisted property, providing insights on condition and layout.
✔ 3 Rental Applications – Guidance on submitting a strong and competitive application for up to the 3 shortlisted properties.
Additional property searches, video inspections, or applications can be requested at an extra cost.
📅 Package Validity: Each package is valid for six (6) months from the date of the first Personalised Property Search sent. If the package expires before securing a rental, a new package must be purchased.
Why Have a Validity Period?
This ensures:
- Service Efficiency – We can better manage the workload and provide high-quality service to all clients.
- Market Relevance – The rental market changes quickly, and a defined period ensures applications remain relevant.
- Client Engagement – Encourages active participation in the rental process, avoiding prolonged inactivity.
- Fair Resource Allocation – Allows every client to receive dedicated support within a reasonable time frame.
Payment & Upfront Fee Requirement
All service fees must be paid in full before service commencement. This ensures:
- Commitment & Fairness – We can allocate resources efficiently and prioritise engaged clients.
- Guaranteed Service – We invest time and expertise in property searches and application support.
- Operational Costs – Upfront payment covers administrative work, research, and inspections conducted by our team.
An invoice and a payment receipt acknowledgement will be sent to the client once payment is received.

💳 Payment: Full payment required before service commencement.
2. Policy for Unsuccessful Applications
If you have used your included rental applications and have not secured a property, don’t worry! You can purchase another package or select specific services from our Individual Service Pricing below:

Pricing: AUD $1000
⚠ This is a special price for re-conducting a search after a package has been fully used and the application was unsuccessful. This offer is extendable up to two times.
3. Lease & Tenant Rights Handbook
Clients who purchase the Premium or VIP packages will receive our Lease & Tenant Rights Handbook.
⚠️ Important Disclaimer: While this book is regularly updated, we strongly recommend checking the Queensland Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) website (www.rta.qld.gov.au) for the latest legal updates and changes in regulations.
4. Document Support & Limitations
While My Liberty Agency helps in filling out required forms, we cannot sign or submit any legal documents on your behalf:
❌ Rental Agreements – Signing is strictly between the tenant and the property manager/landlord.
❌ Bond Lodgement Forms – You must personally lodge the bond payment with the relevant authority.
❌ Entry Condition Reports – We assist in photographing the accomodation, reviewing and completing the form, but the tenant must submit it.
💰 Payment Handling Disclaimer: My Liberty Agency does not collect or handle any payments related to your bond and rent. Our only charges are for the service package you choose.
