We conduct a tailored property search based on your specific preferences, budget, and location requirements. To ensure we find the best match for you, you will be required to complete a detailed form outlining your rental needs, including preferred suburbs, property type, budget range, and any special requirements. Our team carefully reviews available rental listings, ensuring they align with your criteria, and provides you with a curated selection of 15 suitable properties.
📌 Recorded Video Walk-Through Inspection
We provide up to 3 detailed video walk-through inspections. We record high-quality videos showcasing the property’s layout, condition, and key features, providing you with a real-time perspective to make an informed decision remotely. Each video will be uploaded as an unlisted YouTube link, meaning only you can view it. The link will remain accessible for the duration of your package and will be deleted one month after the package ends for privacy and security reasons.
📌 Reception & Coordination of White Goods Deliveries
If you’re expecting deliveries of essential appliances (such as a fridge, washing machine, or microwave), we assist with coordinating delivery schedules to ensure a smooth move-in process. Our team can receive the items on your behalf, verify their condition upon arrival, and place them inside your rental so everything is ready when you arrive.
